If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Paper Dreams Stationery offers a range of stationery products. Descriptions, pricing, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that product information is accurate, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content on our Site are error-free.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
When you make a purchase through our Site, you agree to pay the listed price for the product, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our Site. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
6. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within seven (7) days of the purchase date for store credit or exchanges. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
To return an item, email us at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, processing may take up to seven (7) days. Refunds for defective items will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Exceptions: Sale and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
